Vivian Buonacorso

Nutritionist graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Public Health of USP. She did scientific initiation and Master's degree, with FAPESP scholarships, at the Laboratory of Lipids of FMUSP. Has worked in the most diverse fields of Nutrition: outpatient care and guidance of internships in the Diabetes League of HC-FMUSP, classes for the Post Graduate Course in Nutrition in Chronic Diseases of Einstein-SP, nutritional care in health care office, restaurant consulting, classes for groups in companies, created and implemented a self-care workshop for people with intellectual disabilities (Hebrew Club).
