Graduated in Law and Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Campinas (1966), MA in Theatre from the University of São Paulo (1984) and PhD in Theatre from the University of São Paulo (1992). He is currently a retired professor and researcher at the Graduate Program in Performing Arts School of Communications and Arts, University of São Paulo. His research, called the Laboratory Dramatic Actor, is focused in the area of pedagogy Theatre, with emphasis on the processes of training and creation of actor, dramaturgização and dramatic utterance. The proposed research, starting from a review of the technological dispositions on man, aims to explore and think about actors learning process related to words and language. For this, we intend to start and develop theorical studies and pratical researchs establishing links with Martin Heodeggers thoughts about language ands some images found in Clarice Lispectors works.
