Graduated in Agronomy (2002) and holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy (Crop Science Seed Production and Technology) (2007), both from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" Faculdade de Ciências Agronômicas (UNESP). Currently, he is a Full Professor at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso (UFMT) Campus de Sinop, where he teaches the courses Seed Production and Technology, Agriculture II and III, and Seed Quality Assessment. He has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Seed Production, Technology, Quality, and Processing, working mainly on the following topics: Quality Control in Soybean and Corn Seed Production, and Seed Treatment. He is currently the Coordinator of the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program in Grain and Seed Production, Processing, and Post-Harvest, Head of the Seed Analysis Laboratory (LASSINOP), and Host of the Mundo Agro Podcast.
