Maria Luiza Gonçalves Pereira

Graduation at Chemical Industrial Engineering (1997), Master's (2001) and PhD (2006) in Materials Engineering at the School of Engineering of Lorena - EEL - USP and is currently a postdoctoral student at EEL - USP. Has experience in thermochemical processing of various residues through the technologies of Pyrolysis and Acid Prehydrolysis. It is one of those responsible for the development of a pyrolysis reactor for the processing of various residues (rubbers, plastics, etc.), a project that is being implemented on an industrial scale by the company Ultracarbo Participações Ltda. It also operates in the development of ceramic materials from residues, such as production of silicon carbide from rice husk and hydroxyapatite from fish scales. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
