Full Degree in Mathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, PUC-GO (1996), Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Federal University of Goiás, UFG (1999), Master's (2002) and Doctorate (2006) in Physics from the University of São Paulo, USP . Visiting researcher at the University of Vienna (2007) and visiting professor at USP (2017). CNPq PQ-2 productivity fellow for the period 2010-2021. Associate Professor at UFG since 2009. General Coordinator of the Multiuser Laboratory of High Performance Computing at UFG (LaMCAD) since its creation in 2018. I have experience as a professor of Physics and researcher in Theoretical Physics, with emphasis in the area of Theoretical and Computational Molecular Physics . I carry out research mainly related to the following topics: electronic structure of molecules, computational simulation of molecular systems, Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamics simulation techniques, hybrid Quantum Mechanics/Molecular Mechanics methods, effects of the environment on molecular properties, and optimization techniques.
