Elayne Pereira

Graduated in Pharmacy at Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná with qualification in Biochemical and Industrial Pharmacist. Master of Science at Basic and Applied Immunology, University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP), with emphasis on human genetics and gene expression. PhD in Pharmacology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Research field: Study of the genetic basis of emotionality involved in psychiatric disorders through the use of animal models. Served as Lecturer of basic immunology at UFSC, with experience in teaching by distance learning (EaD/UFSC). Currently lecturing at the medical school (University of Southern Santa Catarina - Unisul) and professor at the Epidemiology Center (Medicine - Unisul).
