Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Technological Attributions from the University of São Paulo (1998), a Masters degree in Sciences in the field of Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2000), and a Ph.D. in Sciences (Chemistry) from the same institution (2004), including a research internship at the Laboratoire de Catalyse en Chimie Organique at the University of Poitiers, France. From 2005 to 2007, postdoctoral research was carried out at the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC-USP), focusing on the electro-oxidation of organic fuel molecules. Between 2007 and 2009, research activities involved the scale-up of fuel cell systems at IQSC. Currently affiliated with the Department of Chemistry and Physics at the Center for Exact and Natural Sciences (CCENS) of the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). Research experience includes the fields of Electrochemistry and Electrocatalysis, with emphasis on the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured catalysts, electrosynthesis of organic molecules, electro-oxidation of alcohols, and the treatment of emerging contaminants.
