He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education (1999-2002), and a master's and Ph.D. in Mathematics (2003-2009) from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He is currently a professor at UNESP, affiliated with the Graduate Program in Applied and Computational Mathematics (PosMAC UNESP's academic master's program) and the Professional Master's Program in Mathematics in a National Network (ProfMat).His research interests include Stochastic Dynamical Systems, Stochastic Analysis, Applied Analysis, and the Convergence of Evolutionary Algorithms.
