Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto campus (2015), and MSc in Plant Biology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2020), with research focused on pollination biology and oligolectic bee behavior. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Forest Science at the Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM), investigating bee pollination efficacies in plants of the Espinhaço Mountain Range. She has worked as a research technician for the PELD Peatlands Project (UFVJM) and as Technical Director of AME-Minas (Minas Gerais Stingless Beekeepers Association). Additionally, she coordinated the Belo Horizonte chapter of 500 Women Scientists. Key expertise areas: Botany and pollination ecology, bee behavior, plant-pollinator interactions, science communication and nature photography.
