I have a BSc and a BEd in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2003), a Master's in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (2007) and a PhD in Genetics from the University of São Paulo (2012). I have experience in the areas of Developmental Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics and Epigenetics, with emphasis on the themes: gene expression regulation, cell differentiation, developmental biology and epigenetic inheritance. During PhD, I was responsible for the derivation of the first human embryonic stem cell line in Brazil and also in Latin America. Currently I work as a Researcher in the R&D sector at Grupo Fleury, mainly responsible for the development of new diagnostic tests based on molecular biology and genomics. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
