Experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Astronomy, with an emphasis on Stellar Astrophysics, working mainly on the following topics: stars, NRP, circumstellar activity, methodology and education. Experience in promoting learning that favors the inclusion of students in the world of culture, science, art and work, collaborating in the implementation of pedagogical projects. Certificate in the Harvard Case Study Training course and Collaborative Learning teaching methodology. Experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Teaching, with experience in guiding student learning, participating in the planning of extracurricular activities and events, organizing the teaching process, and improving routines. Experience in teaching classes on Leadership, Management Processes, Knowledge Management, Coaching and Sustainability in People Management, as a guest professor for the subjects of People Management and Business Management at Estácio de Sá University.Development of interactive content, group dynamics and other teaching techniques using Coaching tools to accelerate student learning.
