Emerson Domingos da Costa

- Graduation in Human Medicine from the Hospital das Clinicas of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu (UNESP), in 1996. - Postgraduate in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesia, being one of those responsible for the creation of this pioneer postgraduate course in Brazil, the only one recognized by EACTAIC (European Society of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Anesthesiology) outside Europe, by Anestez. He also participated, through ANESTEZ, in the creation of the pioneering postgraduate course in Anesthesia in Congenital Heart Diseases in Brazil, also recognized by the EACTAIC (European Society of Cardioascular and Thoracic Anesthesiology), in addition to the European Society of Anesthesiology (ESAIC). It is the second training center in the world, next to Germany. - Co-author of the chapter "Anesthesia for myocardial revascularization" of the book "Treatise on Coronary Artery Disease", published by Ed.
