Graduated in Industrial Pharmacy. Master's and Doctorate in Food Technology from the State University of Campinas. I`m currently Technical Director and Scientific Researcher at the Research and Development Center for Dairy and Lactic Bacteria at the Food Technology Institute (Tecnolat/ITAL) anda a a member of the Nutrition and Health Subcommittee of the FIL/IDF Brazilian Committee. I has knowledge in the areas of Food Science and Technology with an emphasis on dairy products and biotechnology, working mainly on the following topics: lactic acid bacteria, probiotics, functional drinks, fermented milks, cream cheese, cheeses, maturation, quality.
