Kelen Fabiola Arroteia

She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Campinas (2002), a Masters degree from the Graduate Program in Cellular and Structural Biology at the State University of Campinas (2003), and a PhD from the same program (2006). She has experience in Morphology (with an emphasis on Cellular Biology and Histology), Human Embryology, and Human Reproduction. She has 19 years of experience at Natura Cosméticos, specializing in the implementation and development of alternative methodologies to animal testing, both for safety assessment (toxicology) and for evaluating the dermocosmetic performance of natural, biotechnological ingredients and products. She has expertise in skin biology and physiology, including processes such as aging and senescence. She currently holds the position of Technical Head of Pre-Clinical Efficacy and Safety Testing Lab at Grupo Kosmocience. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
