Tatiane Almeida de Menezes is Full Professor at the Department of Economics at UFPE, where she works at undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching courses in the area of #8203;#8203;Regional and Urban Economics, Micro-econometrics and Health Economics. His main line of research is in the field of analysis of regional development. His works use econometric tools to understand the special distribution of income, with special interest in the Brazilian case. His studies focus on the subareas: health, education, poverty and public policy evaluation. She has experience as a consultant for international development agencies, such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and CIRAD-France. Professor Tatiane is one of the editors of the book: Spending and consumption of contemporary Brazilian families volumes 1 and 2 (IPEA 2007), in addition to having several national and international publications. She was Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Economics at UFPE-PIMES (2015-2019). And coordinator of the Professional Postgraduate Program in Health Management and Economics-PPGGES, for two periods: 2012 to 2015 and 2019 to 2022. I am currently vice-coordinator of PPGGES. He is a member of the Brazilian Association of Regional Studies (ABER) and of the Regional Science Association International - RSAI. She was Visiting Professor at Yale University in 2004 and Visiting Researcher at the London School of Economics in 2016. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
