PhD internship in the École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, France, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Christian Topalov (2006). Visiting Scholar at DRCLAS at Harvard University (2016-17). Author of the book "Team 10 - architecture as criticism" (Anablumme, 2002) and of "Ibiraquera: Parque Metropolitano (1926-1954)" (Intermeios, 2018) and organizer of the collections "Negros no Cidades Brasileiras" (Intermeios, 2018 ) and "Samba e Cidade"(intermeios, 2021). Member of AfroArq International Research Network. Experience in Architecture and Urbanism, focusing on the History of urban space, acting on the following subjects: urban studies, history of urbanization, history of urban planning, diaspora and material culture.
