Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (1999), a Teaching Degree in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2010), a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Franca (2019), a Master's degree in Chemistry (Inorganic Chemistry) from the University of São Paulo (2001), a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (2005), and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Bioinorganic Chemistry from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (2008). Professor at the Federal Institute of São Paulo, Capivari Campus, since 2010. Has experience in the field of Inorganic Chemistry, with an emphasis on the synthesis of coordination compounds, working primarily in the following areas: bioinorganic chemistry, crystallography, photoluminescence, and electroluminescence of rare earth compounds. Currently coordinates the Chemistry Teaching Degree program and develops projects in the field of Science Education and Teacher Training, focusing on innovation, curriculum development, pedagogical projects, active methodologies, and experimentation.
