Has experience in the field of Inorganic Chemistry, with an emphasis on the synthesis of coordination compounds, working primarily in the following areas: bioinorganic chemistry, crystallography, photoluminescence, and electroluminescence of rare earth compounds. Currently coordinates the Chemistry Teaching Degree program and develops projects in the field of Science Education and Teacher Training, focusing on innovation, curriculum development, pedagogical projects, active methodologies, and experimentation.
