Raquel Braz Assunção

Degree in nutrition from the University of Brasília (1998), a master's degree in Food Science from the State University of Campinas (2001) and a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Brasília (2006). Postdoctoral fellow between 2019/2020 at Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey, USA. She is currently an associate professor at the University of Brasília, registered as an advisor for the Master's and Doctorate in Human Nutrition at UnB, being coordinator of the graduate program since December 2021. She works mainly on the following topics: gastronomy, regional food, healthy eating, dietary technique and meal production management. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
