Liana Bueno Oliveira Amorim de Moraes

Master of Materials Science and Engineering and Graduate in Physics, both from the Institute of Physics of São Carlos, University of São Paulo - IFSC / USP, Specialist in Pedagogical Coordination from UFRRJ/Brazilian Army and Specialist in Education at Distance from the University of Brasilia - UnB. With experience in education management in all levels, I am currently Educational Consultant, advising higher education institutions in their legal and management aspects, with the preparation of projects and institutional parts as Institutional Development Plan, Political Pedagogical Project, Course Projects, Rules, Regulations, Projects and Reports of the internal committee evaluation and promotion of training for the social body in preparation for receiving accreditation committee visits, audits and other on demand. I was, until august 2014, the General Manager of Group Seven / Full Sail University, Copacabana, Game and Center units, with about 130 direct employees and 2,500 students. I am responsible for managing all activities of these units of the Group, owned by a multinational field of digital entertainment, with a focus on cultural change and implementing new educational management - responsible for the management of human and material resources, academic, financial and commercial. Development processes for optimizing the results of units. I was Director of GAIA Education, company based in Macaé with operations in Education of children and adolescents and Educational Consulting. I worked as assistant professor at Faculdade Salesiana Maria Auxiliadora, in Macaé, where I was Coordinator of Production Engineering Couse with emphasis in Engineering Facilities at Sea, Adjunct Coordinator of Engineerings (Computer and Chemistry), legal representant for the INEP and MEC, government agencies for accreditation process in Education area, president of Self Evaluation Commission and teaching the disciplines of physics. Worked as Technical Analyst at the Ministry of Education - MEC, at the General Coordination Assessment of Vocational and Technological Education / Department of Technical Education and Vocational - CGEAPT / SETEC and responsible for training employees on the optimization of processes and cultural change, besides preparing for regulatory reviews of MEC. I was Substitute Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department, University of Brasilia - UnB, in the area of Materials Science, where I did research in materials for applications in power generation systems with a focus on alternative energy. I was Substitute Assistant Professor at the Physics Institute at UnB, having worked in higher education also in the area of Education and high school on mathematics, chemistry and phisics. I did research in the area of non-metallic and non-linear optics, with emphasis on Crystal Growth, Optical and Spectroscopy Properties of Condensed Matter and Nonlinear Optics, in the area of Materials Engineering and Alternative Energy, with an emphasis on technological forecasting materials for applications in power generation systems and new materials based on natural polymers in Molecular Biophysics and Education, publishing papers in journals representing the area and presenting them in various conferences. My professional experience and academic knowledge provides an interdisciplinary vision and practical approach in solving problems, and ease of interaction and relationship at different levels of subordination and hierarchy.
