Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (1991), Master's (1996) and Doctorate (2004) in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Hydraulics and Sanitation from the School of Engineering of São Carlos Campus of USP. He served as Full Professor at the University of Amazônia and in the Graduate Program in Urban Development and Environment from 2007 to 2015. He is currently Adjunct Professor IV with exclusive dedication at the University of the State of Pará (UEPA). He served as Head of the Production Engineering Department from 2008 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2019 and as coordinator of the UEPA Production Engineering Laboratory (2018-2021) and as a member of the Superior Council of UEPA (CONSUN) (2019- 2020). He is currently Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Technology, Natural Resources and Sustainability of the Amazon (PPGTEC) at the Center for Natural Sciences and Technology at UEPA. Develops studies related to Sustainability, utilization of water resources, Urban Drainage Systems, Technologies and Irrigation. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
