Graduated in Materials Engineering (2004) and a PhD (2009) from the Escola de Engenharia de Lorena (EEL - USP). Post-Doctorate at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica-ITA in the period 2009-2013, and a Post-Doctorate at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory (CNPEM / LNNano) in the period 2014-2016. Currently, is a professor at the Faculty of Technology of São José dos Campos (FATEC-SJC). Has experience in the area of Materials Engineering and Metallurgy, with an emphasis on Physical Metallurgy, working mainly on the following topics: Severe Plastic Deformation (ECAE/ECAP), Microstructural Characterization (SEM-EDS-EBSD), Crystallographic Texture, Recovery and Recrystallization, PhasesTransformations, Corrosion, Composite and Carbonaceous Materials, Recycling of Composite Materials, Metallic Materials, Maraging Steels and Shape Memory Alloys (SMA).
