Tenured researcher at CBMEG, UNICAMP since 2012. She is the coordinator of the research laboratory Centro de Química Medicinal (CQMED-Unicamp), an EMBRAPII Industrial Innovation Unit in the field of Pharmaceuticals/Biopharmaceuticals, since 2017. She is also the coordinator of INCT OpenMedChem (2023-2024 block, 2014 call), supported by FAPESP. She supervises graduate students in the Genetics and Molecular Biology Program at the Institute of Biology (IB) UNICAMP (CAPES 7).Research Area:RNA-binding proteins in diseases, medicinal chemistry, bioinformatics, and recombinant proteins for diagnostics. She has 15 years of experience in planning and executing research and innovation projects, with 46 international publications.She coordinates international projects in the fields of RNA splicing and medicinal chemistry with institutions such as the University of Oxford, University of California San Diego, University of Tübingen, and the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) in Canada. She worked as a consultant for drug discovery companies (2020-2021).She is the Associate Coordinator of CBMEG, UNICAMP.
