Estevao Zilioli

He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho and a Ph.D. in Food Science from the State University of Campinas. He is the coordinator of the Permanent Evaluation Committee (CPA) at the University Center of Adamantina and the Director of Educational Technology and Innovation at Super Ensino School in Ourinhos. He has experience in the field of Microbiology and Educational Technology, focusing primarily on the following topics: Food Science and Technology, Bioactive Compounds, Fermentations, and the Use of Technology in the Learning process.
