Graduated in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1998), MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV (2004), specialization in Industrial Process Engineering - Packaging from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (2011), master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Institute of Food Technology - ITAL (2023) and doctorate student in Food Science at the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2024).With 20 years of experience in the industry (Avon, Coca-Cola, Guabi PetCare, Tecnoval, Mars, Yoki, Inapel) in Research and Development department with an emphasis on the development and systemic management of packaging.Projects focusing on recycled PET-PCR material and working on the following topics: chromatography, fruits and vegetables, liquid foodsand packaging.
