Leila Malta Henrique da Silva

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Universidade de São Paulo (1996-2000), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Universidade de São Paulo (2001-2005), and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2008-2009).She was a researcher in the field of Bioinorganic Chemistry, having received Scientific Initiation grants from the USP-PIBIC program, funded by CNPq (1996-1998), and from FAPESP (1998-2000). During this period, she participated in national and international scientific meetings, being named "Best Scientific Presentation" at the 16th Chemistry Week of IQUSP/SP (1999). Between 2001 and 2017, she worked internationally in the Innovation area at multinational companies including Unilever (2001-2006), Ecolab (2006-2009), Reckitt (2009-2010), PepsiCo (2010-2015), and Nestlé (2015-2017).In 2017, she completed an immersion in Silicon Valley, CA (USA), an experience that led to her studies in Entrepreneurship. She participated in programs specializing in women's work in the sector, including the Business Program for Female Startups of the Future Females initiative (2020), Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Women Program (2020), and was awarded the first scholarship granted to a Latin American student by The Bank of America Institute for the Women's Entrepreneurship program at Cornell University (2021).In parallel with her studies in entrepreneurship, she worked as a consultant for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises through L'inno Bureau (2017-2024), managing corporate startup connection programs in partnership with Innoscience (2018-2019), serving companies in the printing and packaging sectors with ProjetoPack (2020-2024), and supporting PackTechs (startups in the packaging sector) through PackTech Ventures (2022-2024).Starting in 2020, she resumed her academic and educational work as a Visiting Professor of Innovation Management in the graduate programs at the Escola SENAI Theobaldo De Nigris (2020-2022) and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Colégio Etapa (2024). Since 2024, he has been a Specialist in Professional Education at SENAI-SP (Headquarters), working on the development of strategies and applications of Educational Technologies for school management, productivity of employees and teachers, and improving the learning experience of students in Professional Secondary Education and Technological Higher Education.
