Post-doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, Canada. Associate Professor at the Department of Immunology, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, where I was the head of the Department of Immunology until August 2023. I have experience in Immunology, with an emphasis on Immunochemistry, working mainly on topics related to the Complement System, more specifically with the immune response and evasion mechanisms in leptospirosis.
