MARIA LUCIA BIANCONI

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (1982) with a Full Degree (1983) from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Doctor of Science in Biochemistry from the Chemistry Institute of the University of São Paulo (1990). She is currently Associate Professor IV at the Institute of Medical Biochemistry of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has experience in Biochemistry, with an emphasis on Macromolecular Chemistry, working mainly in biocalorimetry and micellar enzymology. She also works in the area of #8203;#8203;science education, scientific dissemination and arts health. Lucia Bianconi is a member of the GT Saúde of UFRJ and substitute coordinator of the Coordination of Accessibility and Inclusion of the Center of Health Sciences (CCS/UFRJ) and Co-Chair of the Latin America Committee (Education and Research) at the International Association for Creative Arts in Education and Therapy (IACAET).
