Luciano Fachin

bachelor's at Engenharia de Alimentos from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1996), master's at Science and Technology of the Food from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1999) and doctorate at Science and Technology of the Food from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2005). He is currently head of application and quality at Clariant - São Paulo - Matriz.
