Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo, Master and Doctor in Biological Sciences (Biology/Genetics) from the University of São Paulo. Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Biosciences at USP with a period at the University Medical Center Nijmegen St. Radboud, in the Netherlands, post-doctoral fellow at the Catholic University of Brasília.Holder of the title of Specialist in Human Molecular Genetics issued by the Brazilian Society of Genetics. "Clinical Laboratory Geneticist" Certified by the European Board of Medical Genetics. Scientific Advisor to the Robinow Syndrome Foundation since 2002.She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Brasília.Coordinator of the research group entitled "Translational Research in Human and Medical Genetics". Curator of the LOVD (Leiden Open Variation Database) genetic database.Experience in Human and Medical Genetics, working mainly on the following topics: Cytogenetics, Human Molecular Genetics.
