Experience regarding the Industrial Design protection in Brazil. Moreover, experience in the business support innovation by conducting searches on Prior Art in patent banks, Freedom to Operate Analysis in the country of interest, Competitor and Technology Monitoring, Technology Foresight reports, preparation of Internal Politic of Intellectual Property, intangible asset management, elaboration of joint development agreements, training of teams in intellectual property, nationalization of patent applications. Experience in Civil Law, specifically, Familly, Consumer and Agreements with wirting of initial petition and follow up of processes. Passed in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brazil Exam in 2015. Experience in preclinical tests of new chemotherapeutic formulations (tests in animal with and without tumor, culture cells, in vitro tests and others) to assess the toxicity and therapeutic effect.
