She holds a degree in Pharmacy, with a specialization in Industry, from the State University of Maringá (2000). She completed her Master's in Food Science, with an emphasis on Microbiology, at the State University of Campinas (2003), where she also obtained her Ph.D. in Food Science with an emphasis on Biotechnology (2008). Currently, she is a faculty member at the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR), where she engages in teaching, research, and extension activities.As a researcher, she has extensive experience in food microbiology and biotechnology, with publications in renowned scientific journals. Her academic career includes leading innovative research projects aimed at solving issues related to food safety and the development of new biotechnological products. Additionally, she actively participates in national and international conferences and seminars.In the field of extension, she works on projects aimed at transferring technology and knowledge to the community, promoting the integration between academia and productive sectors. Her extension initiatives include partnerships with food industries and training programs for small producers, always seeking to improve food quality and the sustainability of production processes.Her commitment to education and research is reflected in her dedication to the training of new professionals and the development of practical solutions to contemporary challenges in the field of food science.
