Graduated in Occupational Therapy by the Universidade Federal do Paraná (2005), Master and PhD in Sciences by the Departamento de Psicobiologia from Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP). Mindfulness teacher, specialist in Occupational Therapy: A Dynamic View Applied to Neurology, and specialist in Psychiatry and Chemical Dependency. In her PhD, she researched the feasibility of implementing mindfulness in the outpatient context of SUS treatment. Collaborating researcher at the Center for Research in Health and Substance Use - NEPSIS-, and founding member of the Brazilian Center for Research and Training in MBRP - Medita Nepsis, both from UNIFESP, where she participates in research in the areas of mindfulness and emotional management, and drug use prevention / drug abuse interventions. She is also a teacher in the professional training of Mindfulness & Emotional Management in Clinical Practice, training other professionals in this approach.
