Is graduated in Letters from the Catholic University of São Paulo (1986), Masters in Brazilian Literature from the University of São Paulo (1997) and Ph.D. in Letters (Portuguese Literature) from the University of São Paulo (2002) and postdoctoral also USP (2011). He is currently assistant professor at the University of Pernambuco (UPE campus Garanhuns), where he developed research on the culture of the São Francisco Valley. Completed post-doctoral research at USP (FFLCH) about lyric poetry Gonçalves de Magalhães and Manuel de Araújo Porto-Alegre. Worked in higher education institutions in São Paulo (Guarulhos Colleges, FIG / Unimesp, Unicsul, FASB). Has experience in the area of Humanities, with an emphasis on Brazilian and Portuguese Literature, acting on the following topics: Brazilian literature, Portuguese literature, literary theory, memory, contemporary Brazilian poetry, scientific methodology, and semiotics. EAD also teaches courses in the Letters course Distance of UPE \ Garanhuns. Twenty-one published full books. Creator of the concept of Neo-structuralism Semiotic (method that is based on a critical-creative relationship between reader and work through symbolic and archetypal relationships) and Poetry Metamodern. Coordinated the interagency project between the master and the UFS UPE (University Federal of Sergipe.) - 2010/2012, which is the author of the project. Editor of the Dialogues Review (Revista Diálogos - issn: 2233-1499) and the research site Orpheus Spam (issn: 1807-8311) site. He was part of the musical group The Lee Bats, the second training for the period 1992-1994. Project won the contest-East: Where's your talent? sponsored by USP / April Cultural category in book of poetry in the first two editions: 1991-1992. He was part of marginal poetry, editing the fanzine Mimeograph Generation (issn: 1980-3028) in the period 1984-1992. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
