Carolina Ferreira Vasco

Graduated in Nursing and Midwifery from the University of São Paulo (1996), Master's degree completed in 2005 and Doctorate completed in 2018, both in Health Sciences, in the line of research on Acute Kidney Injury (nephrology), experimental research with rats. Experience as an assistant nurse in an Adult Intensive Care Unit from 1997 to 2004. Nursing supervision in Adult Intensive Care (general, cardiology and hemodynamics) from 2008 to 2019. Continuing Education Supervision for 10 months, in 2019. Hospital nursing manager small and medium-sized companies from 2019 to 2023. I currently work in ICU-A Nursing Supervision at Hospital São Luiz Osasco, managing teams, managing care indicators (process and results), patient experience, training teams in the line of care for critical patients. I work concurrently as a Professor at Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in the subjects of Adult and Elderly Health, in the following disciplines: Elderly Health, Adult Intensive Care, Clinical Practice in the Process of Caring for Adults and Elderly, Basic Life Support, Health Policies , Nursing management and CBT Guidance (2023-2024).
