Leonardo Augusto Garnica

has a degree in Public Administration from the Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP and master's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos - UFSCar (2007) in the area of technology management and innovation. He is currently Broker Innovation Agency USP Innovation, University of São Paulo, working to promote technology transfer from USP to companies and other interested organizations. Stage held in the Company's Management and Marketing of Technology ISIS Innovation, the University of Oxford, UK. The academic and functioning experience is also related to the area of intellectual property focusing on patents, technology management and open innovation, innovation processes and legal framework and inter-institutional coordination for innovation. Currently he is Manager for Innovation Systems at Natura, brazilian multinational cosmetics company responsable for strategic partnerships with research institutions, government agencies and companies engaged on innovation collaboration in its ecosystem.
