Graduation in PHARMACY AND BIOCHEMISTRY from the University of São Paulo (1995), Master of Science, PhD and post-doctorate in FOOD SCIENCE from the University of São Paulo (completed in 2007). Experience in the Pharmacy area, with an emphasis on Bromatology, acting mainly on the following topics: food biochemistry, food chemical composition and pharmacology. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of #8203;#8203;chromatography, acting as a consultant for the implementation of methodologies and research. She participated in several congresses and symposia related to the area of #8203;#8203;Food Science, presenting works of different themes. Currently, she acts as Coordinator of Pharmacy and Biomedicine Courses and is part of the team of teachers and researchers of the Centro Universitário Ítalo-Brasileiro (UniÍtalo), in addition to acting as a consultant in the implementation of analytical methodologies and in the development of standards for food supplements. She has experience in Physical Chemistry Laboratory of Food in the areas of basic analysis and chromatography. Acts as Ad-Hoc consultant for UNOPAR Magazine (University of Western Paraná), reviewer for Revista Nutrire, of the Brazilian Society of Food and Nutrition (SBAN), of the International Journal of Science of Food and Agriculture, of SciencePG and ScienceDomain.
