Bachelor of Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP/Franca), Master and PhD in Labor Law and Social Security from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (Largo São Francisco), with Post-Doctorate in Law from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA), through the PNPD/CAPES program. Has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Law, with an emphasis on Labor Law, Fundamental Rights and Liberal State Reforms. Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB - São Paulo/SP Section) under number 281914. Professional journalist, registered under registration number MTb 0004327/PB. Former researcher at FAPESP (Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo) on three occasions and also former researcher at CAPES in post-doctoral internship. Reviewer and member of the editorial boards of several specialized legal journals, as well as research member of the Brazilian Institute of Social Law "Cesarino Júnior", the Brazilian section of the "Société Internationale de Droit du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale", and effective member of the Association Brazilian Jurists for Democracy (ABJD).
