Technologist at the Brazilian Ministry of Health, currently serving as an advisor in the Office of the Secretary for Health Workforce and Education Management (SGTES/MS). He is pursuing a PhD in Governance and Digital Transformation at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT), holds a Master's degree in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from UNESP (Botucatu/SP), and a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).He also holds specializations in Health Economics (UFG), Health Informatics (Syrian-Lebanese Institute), and completed a residency in Veterinary Medicine with an emphasis on Zoonoses and Public Health (UNESP). He has served as Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Service at EBSERH, Municipal Secretary of Health, and Coordinator of Environmental Health Surveillance in the municipality of Botucatu/SP, as well as a technical consultant in various departments of the Ministry of Health.His professional focus includes health surveillance, zoonoses, applied epidemiology, public health data analysis, predictive modeling, and health information systems integration. He has published several scientific articles and contributed to the development of technical guidelines and official reports, in addition to serving as a peer reviewer for journals in public health and epidemiology.
