Henrique Osório Menchon Felcar

Henrique Felcar earns a Bachelor of Engineering with minor in Aeronautics from University of São Paulo (2006), and holds a Master of Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (2017). He is currently a regulation specialist of the Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC), and has worked in the following fields: certification of mechanical systems, aeroelasticity, modeling and analysis of multiphase flows, signal analysis and leak detection.
