Geova Maciel de Alencar Filho

Graduated from the Physics Department of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) in 2002, graduated in Mathematics from the UFC Mathematics Department in 20013, Master's in Physics from the UFC Physics Department in 2004 and PhD in Physics from the Theoretical Physics Institute of Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in 2009. He has been working mainly in the area of particles and fields, in addition to classical and quantum aspects of gravitation. He has worked specifically on the following topics: Physics of extra dimensions, Randall-Sundrum models, Modified Gravitation, AdS/CFT and Superstring Theory. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
