Janice Muriel Fernandes Lima da Cunha

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), Campus of Bragança (2001), Master in Environmental Biology from the Federal University of Pará, Campus of Bragança (2004), PhD in Biology/Genetics from the University of São Paulo (IBUSP/MZUSP, 2008). She is currently Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Pará, Campus of Bragança; Vice-head and Academic Coordinator of Campus Bragança, UFPA. It has experience in phylogenetic systematics, integrative genetic and ichthyology. Working with the topics: Evolution and Taxonomy; Conservation of Biodiversity in the Amazon; Caves, riverine, groundwater and cave fauna, Anthropogenic impacts on biodiversity and livelihoods.
