I am Liliane Silva do Nascimento a woman, mother, daughter, and Amazonian. With a trajectory marked by an ethical commitment to life and a deep sensitivity to territorial realities, I dedicate my work to building a public health system that is comprehensive, equitable, and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). I hold a PhD in Public Health from the University of São Paulo (USP/Ribeirão Preto) and currently serve as Full Professor at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), where I am also Director of the School of Dentistry and Coordinator of the Monitoring and Evaluation Laboratory (MASA/UFPA). I lead the research group SIA Interdisciplinary Health in the Amazon, and I am a member of NEIVA Interdisciplinary Studies on Violence in the Amazon, advancing research agendas focused on equity, social justice, and the defense of life. At the Graduate Program in Public Health in the Amazon (PPGSCA/UFPA) and in the Multiprofessional Residency Programs at HUJBB, I train professionals committed to ethical care and social transformation. I serve as an evaluator for INEP/BaSIS, coordinate a Strategic Oral Health Project for the Ministry of Health, and actively participate in ABRASCO, ABENO, and the Sustainable Amazonian Leaderships group (LIAS/IMAZON). My research and professional practice connect public policy evaluation, digital health, human development, and innovation in care, with a focus on overcoming structural inequities affecting Amazonian populations. I believe in science as a tool for emancipation and in the university as a space for resistance, learning, and transformation. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
