Danna Mota Moreira

Received DDS from Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2002), MSc and PhD in Endodontics from Faculdade de Odontologia de Piracicaba - UNICAMP (2005-2011). Worked as a postdoctoral fellow at The University of Texas - Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA), San Antonio - Texas. Worked as a professor in 2012 at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júio de Mesquita Filho, Faculdade de Odontologia de Araçatuba. Accomplishments include polarized light microscopy (birefringence), biomechanical properties of dentin, biomaterials and nanomaterials. Currently, collaborating with the Biomaterials Division projects of The University of Texas - Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA), mainly in the development of new materials.
