PhD in Chemistry, sub - area Biological Inorganic Chemistry , USP , Ribeirão Preto, with work in the field of coordination chemistry , biochemistry and biological assays . The research is focused on the synthesis, characterization and studies of chemical reactivity of ruthenium complexes with nitric oxide ( NO) synthesis of solid phase peptide , cytotoxicity assays and biological mechanisms of cell death and cell penetration studies . Also focuses on the binding of biological molecules such as peptides and antibodies , the ruthenium complexes with NO , to increase the anticancer activity of the compounds and confer site - specificity to the action of drugs in the body . Has experience in inorganic synthesis , organic synthesis , biological testing and analytical techniques for characterization and purification. Also have experience as a teacher of high school , prep school and pre-university higher education , as well as courses , conferences and other activities in the areas of education and scientific research . For higher education is available to teach courses in the area of Chemistry ( General Chemistry , Analytical Chemistry , Organic Chemistry , Physical Chemistry and Biochemistry ) , and Materials Science , Basic Statistics and Basic and Advanced Mathematics .
