Olívia Toshie Oiko

Olívia Oiko is graduated, masters and PhD in Production Engineering at Universidade de São Paulo. Has experience in Logistics and Quality Management Systems and has developed researches on Improvement Management, Performance Measurement and Benchmarking applied to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in industrial clusters. She has taught on Production and Logistics Management, Product Development and Industrial Clustering. At present, is professor at Universidade Estadual de Maringá, researching on Closed-Loop Supply Chains (Reverse Logistics, Recycling, Remanufacturing) and Sustainability Assessment in Companies.
