Wei-Liang Qian graduated with a physics degree in 1998 and earned a Ph.D. in theoretical physics in 2003, both from Fudan University in Shanghai. He is presently a professor of physics at the Engineering School of Lorena, a campus affiliated with the University of Sao Paulo. Wei-Liang specializes in theoretical physics, with a primary research focus on high-energy nuclear collisions, nuclear matter properties, and general relativity. His expertise spans several subjects, including hydrodynamic modeling, particle correlations, phase transitions in nuclear matter, traffic flow, and black hole quasinormal modes.
