Ph.D. from the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture and the Environment CENA/USP (2011), M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from ESALQ/USP (2007), and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry Technology from UTFPR (2003). Currently, she is a full-time professor at UTFPR, teaching Instrumental Analytical Chemistry courses. She is also a permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Chemical and Biochemical Process Technology (PPGTP) at UTFPR.She has experience in Analytical and Organic Chemistry, focusing on the quantification of phenolic compounds and antioxidants, as well as the prospecting, isolation, and identification of bioactive compounds in food and natural products. Her research also involves the development of innovative cosmetic formulations incorporating antioxidants protected in nanoemulsions for enhanced stability and efficacy.She served as the coordinator of the Central Multiuser Analysis Laboratory at UTFPR (2013-2023) and was the vice-coordinator of the Graduate Program in Chemical and Biochemical Process Technology PPGTP/UTFPR (2022-2024). Currently, she is an advisor at the Research Directorate of the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies at UTFPR and chairs the Multiuser Laboratories Committee, contributing to the management and optimization of the institution's scientific infrastructure.She is a Productivity Research Fellow of the Araucária Foundation of the State of Paraná and conducts research focused on technological innovation and sustainability in the field of natural products and cosmetics.
