Professor with over 5 years of experience in higher education using active learning methodologies to teach Physics and Calculus for Engineering courses, and currently as a Senior Data Scientist with 4 years of experience, I am dedicated to solving problems in the areas of online retail, the financial sector, and technology; building Machine Learning models for risk management, credit granting, lending, and fraud prevention. I´m a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from USP with a research internship at Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany, and a Master's degree in Molecular Biophysics from UNESP. In scientific research, I have worked on the following topics: calculation of electronic structure and spectroscopic and hyperfine properties of metal complexes; ab-initio and classical molecular dynamics simulation using metadynamics in the molecular recognition of metal complexes/drugs at DNA.
