PhD in Space Geophysics (1992) and Master in Sciences in Space Sciences (1985) at the National Institute for Space Research, Brazil - Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) and undergraduation in Physics at the Federal University of Goiás - Universidade Federal de Goiás - (UFGO, 1982, bachelor and teaching). The researcher has experience in Geosciences (Space Geophysics) and been dealt with the following subjects: Space Electrodynamics, Space Plasmas, and Space Weather.
