Nicole holds a BA in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (2008) and Master and PhD degree in Science and Technology Policy at the State University of Campinas (2011 and 2016). Her research interests relate to the dynamics of science and development in international relations, specifically with regard to relations and cognitions woven between developing countries and international organizations, proposing international management models aimed at development. The analyzes carried out in the Master's and PhD work focused on the changes brought about in the social and institutional levels of States.
